- Participants will consider which type of assessment they have, and if there is an additional type of assessment they might consider for a reassessment opportunity.
- The what, why, and how of proficiency scales
- Connecting them to your DDM needs
- Participants will see samples, will be guided through one, then have time to create on as well
- Participants will complete a back-mapping process from a proficiency scale to an assessment
- Quality assessment item writing
- Use these concepts to review an existing assessment (they brought)
- Review elements of validity, reliability and bias (in teacher-friendly ways) to be applied to classroom assessments.
- Align assessment information to instructional application
